SEATS
The top 256 holders crystallize into soulbound seats – ERC-721 badges that auto-reassign as balances move. The bitmap scoreboard is maintained entirely on-chain: badges burn and remint as the cutline shifts, so the "inner circle" is always live.
SPLIT
Voting power doesn't have to follow a single delegate. Each holder can fan out to up to four delegates in basis-point slices, with exact rebalancing on every transfer. Growing their advisory.
PERMIT
The DAO can mint one-shot ERC-6909 "permit receipts" for arbitrary calls. Each token is an intent hash: burn exactly one, execute exactly once. Permits are soulbound, and plug straight into the same execution path as voted proposals. Great for emergency switches and agents.
FUTARCHY
Every proposal can grow a prediction market around it. Where each vote is a token. Vote receipts double as long/short claims on a reward pool, auto-funded from shares or loot. When the proposal resolves YES or NO, the winning side burns receipts to cash out their slice of the pot.
RAGEQUIT
Exit remains sacred. When ragequit is enabled, members burn shares and loot to pull a pro-rata slice of ETH and ERC-20 reserves, across a basket they choose.
SALE (DAICO)
Fixed-price sales live directly on the DAO. Governance chooses the pay token, price, caps, and whether new shares/loot are minted or sold from the treasury. No separate sale contracts, no extra attack surface – just one primitive wired into the core.
CHANT
A badge-gated message feed lives inside the contract. Only seat-holders can emit on-chain messages, but anyone can read the log. The chat becomes another programmable surface for the renderer: council graffiti, soft signaling, or just ritual noise.
